Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, expense reporting, or financial analysis within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Power Query and/or Power BI preferred.
Experience with large datasets and data-driven reporting processes.
Experience improving processes, automating workflows, or enhancing reporting efficiency.
Exposure to AI-driven solutions in a finance context preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze expenses across business units, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget, prior periods, and key drivers).
Support budgeting and forecasting for expenses, including allocation methodologies and cost drivers.
Design and implement expense planning processes within Oracle or similar systems.
Develop, maintain, and enhance datasets, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and planning outputs.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and improve expense reporting processes.
Prepare clear analyses and presentations for finance and business stakeholders.
Maintain strong documentation, controls, and reconciliation of expense data.
