Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is offering a 10-week paid summer internship in New York, focused on providing hands-on experience in institutional real estate finance at portfolio scale. You will assist forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting while learning how a large finance organization uses modern data, BI, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in capital markets, asset management, property management, and leasing,

Qualifications

Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student pursuing a quantitative field.
Strong Excel skills and basic financial modeling.
Interest in commercial real estate asset management and finance concepts.
Familiarity with BI/analytics tools preferred

Responsibilities

Support portfolio NOI reporting, reforecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
Track occupancy, leasing performance, and other real estate metrics.
Partner cross-functionally with Capital Markets on reporting initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
Help build automated reporting pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled FP&A workflows.
Maintain and improve Excel forecasting models and recurring analyses.
Contribute to monthly business reviews and executive-ready deliverables.
Communicate findings through Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI dashboards.
