Link Logistics Real Estate is recruiting a Capital Markets Summer Intern to support financial and operating analysis, build reports, and prepare materials for senior leadership. You will work with data from internal and third-party sources, presenting findings to stakeholders and gaining exposure to Capital Markets workstreams.

A dedicated mentor and cross-team exposure are provided, with potential consideration for full-time analyst opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or rising senior at a four-year institution.
• Genuine interest in commercial real estate and capital markets; prior formal experience not required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operating data to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and analytics.
• Synthesize and monitor data from internal and external sources.
• Create presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Track portfolio, financial, and operating performance vs. peers.
• Tackle ad hoc analyses across Capital Markets workstreams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and optimize analysis.
