Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and develop data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing techniques.
Experience communicating insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Build optimization models balancing overtime vs. headcount to improve productivity and on-time delivery.
Recommend inventory management strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve working capital.
Analyze external market and competitor data to identify trends and communicate target market share opportunities.
