Responsibilities

  • Built an optimization model weighing the tradeoffs between overtime and additional headcount to enable sites to improve productivity and on-time delivery.
  • Recommended inventory management strategies based on historical reserve analysis to reduce excess inventory and improve working capital.
  • Analyzed external market and competitor data to identify trends and communicate target market share opportunities.

Paired with a dedicated mentor and FP&A manager, you'll develop skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making while gaining exposure to areas such as Commercial Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Service.
