Job summary

You will assist with monthly packages, conduct variance analyses, and help prepare leadership summaries while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment at RH’s Home Office.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with quarterly forecasts, annual budget cycles, and tracking actual results against plan.
• Variance Analysis: Compare financial data to budgets or forecasts and explain key cost or revenue drivers.
• Financial Modeling: Build, update, and clean Excel models, sensitivity analyses, and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages, slide decks, and management summaries for leadership.
