Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago, IL is seeking a Group Lead, IT - Finance Capabilities to steer global controllership technology, align priorities with senior stakeholders, and drive scalable EPM solutions across consolidation, external reporting and FP&A.

You will own SAP Group Reporting and Oracle HFM, evaluate upgrades, guide platform lifecycle, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment that rewards collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance/Finance Transformation with large-scale EPM implementations.
• Strong accounting/finance background including close, consolidation, external reporting, and planning processes.
• Experience leading tech teams in DevOps/product delivery and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Controllership Capability Owners and senior stakeholders to align priorities, planning needs, and technology investments.
• Shape the roadmap for Enterprise Performance Management capabilities across consolidation, external reporting, financial planning, controls, and executive reviews.
• Own EPM solutions across the finance tech landscape, focusing on SAP Group Reporting and Oracle HFM, with experience in SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle ePBCS, Snowflake.
• Translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities: enhancements, upgrades, vendor coordination, and continuous optimization for scalable, secure finance platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery/support team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
