Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business, economics, or analytics.
• 1–2 years in financial planning, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and analysis of budgets for University units.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term projections.
• Monitor performance via variance analysis, drivers, risks, and trends.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for initiatives.
• Conduct profitability and cost analyses to identify efficiencies.
• Serve as financial liaison for assigned departments and advisors.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders with varied expertise.
• Maintain and enhance management reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Controller’s Office during month-end close.
• Identify process improvements and data quality enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and leadership reporting requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
