Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Financial Analyst in Santa Clara, CA for a fast-paced FP&A role. The position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytics across corporate functions.

You will build models, automate processes, and support monthly and quarterly reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Tableau, Anaplan, and SAP/SAP BPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and planning activities, including managing budget cycles and allocations analyses.
• Collaborate across the Finance organization and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
• Develop actionable analytics, enhance financial reporting, and support quarterly forecasts and AOP.
• Drive cost improvement performance tracking and financial modeling for expense and capital management.
