Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive, large company finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI analysis, labor cost analysis.
• Experience working closely with the sales team and other internal teams in a contract-driven, project-based industry.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Adaptive Planning a plus.
• Experience with audits and audit liaison work; public accounting experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and internal teams on contract-driven, project-based initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate on audits and ensure compliance and proper liaison with auditors.
