Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning and analysis, drive profitability and process improvements across the region. You will partner with leadership to deliver results through robust FP&A practices and close processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and ideally an MBA, with 1+ years of relevant experience. Location options include Little Rock, Norman, or Lewisville; travel is minimal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within the Region.
• Support Region management in monthly business reviews prep.
• Assist with quarterly Business Review preparation.
• Support the Region finance team in monthly close activities.
• Collaborate with Sysco Business Services to ensure timely close.
• Develop and deploy analytics tools and processes across the organization.
• Perform customer incentive analysis and propose recommendations.
• Provide cross-functional support on local and corporate initiatives.
• Conduct financial modeling and ad hoc analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
