Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support for a complex professional services organization serving federal and commercial markets.

This role partners with the CFO and executives to translate performance into insights, strengthen financial discipline, and drive profitable growth while building a scalable planning function and leading a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A or corporate planning.
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for large organizations.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or government contracting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with executive presence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly outlook, and long-range planning.
• Own executive, Board, and management reporting with clear financial insights.
• Translate operations plans into integrated financial forecasts with leaders.
• Provide strategic modeling and decision support for growth, acquisitions, and cost optimization.
• Improve forecasting accuracy via driver-based planning and variance analysis.
• Oversee FP&A for federal contracting, including revenue recognition and rates.
• Develop reporting for commercial professional services, including profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Operations for aligned outcomes.
• Advance FP&A systems, dashboards, and data governance for timeliness and accuracy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing FP&A team.
