Job summary

EY is seeking an Advisory Senior focused on Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A. You will guide clients through FP&A redesigns, budgeting, forecasting and technology-enabled planning to improve performance.

You will lead project workstreams, manage client engagements, and build scalable frameworks that enhance organizational decision making. This role suits professionals aiming to deepen financial planning expertise within consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting exp. in FP&A
• Experience with Life Sciences & HealthCare sector is a plus
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and AOP experience
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis proficiency
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
