EY is seeking an Advisory Senior with deep FP&A and EPM expertise to guide clients through redesigning planning processes and implementing technology-enabled solutions. You will lead workstreams, manage client engagements, and deliver innovative, risk-aware financial planning transformations across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights
• Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
• Understanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects across client engagements
• Manage workstreams and develop innovative solutions while focusing on quality and risk management
• Drive process improvements and best practices in a dynamic consulting environment
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes
• Lead teams and provide feedback to others at lower ranks
• Oversee the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects
