Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A, with Life Sciences & HealthCare focus.
• Experience with FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM implementations.
• Experience using EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage client engagements on complex FP&A and EPM projects.
• Develop innovative financial solutions and improve risk management.
• Drive process improvements and ensure quality delivery across engagements.
• Mentor teams and provide direction across multiple activities.
