Job summary

KGPCo seeks an FP&A Director to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will transform complex data into clear insights, build scalable dashboards, and influence business decisions with senior leaders.

In this hands-on finance role, you’ll partner across the organization to improve planning, forecast accuracy, and working capital, while coaching the team and expanding self-service reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and progressive FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and large data sets.
• Experience creating dashboards, dashboards in Power BI, and management reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly reporting.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and Power BI dashboards.
• Translate financial results into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Present concise analyses to senior leadership, tailored to audience.
• Enhance FP&A processes, data quality, and self-service reporting capability.
• Coach team members and cross-functional partners as needed.
• Ensure analyses are accurate and reconciled with financial reporting.
