Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks a Director to lead FP&A technology strategy, overseeing dashboards, data models, and automation across HE&R. You will standardize reporting, drive efficiencies, and align finance with IT and business partners.

You will manage a team of analysts, develop pro formas, and present to senior leadership while upholding HE&R core values and integrity across a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or hospitality management.
• Minimum 12 years hospitality/tourism experience.
• Minimum 6 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets; data warehouse and SQL experience.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience leading enterprise BI reporting and data warehouse strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of finance procedures through automation, standardization and documentation.
• Develop standardized templates for financial analysis, incorporating automation.
• Implement tools to enhance FP&A and reporting to non-financial partners.
• Collaborate with IT to advance data warehouse design and BI reporting.
• Provide materials to Senior Leadership for financial updates.
• Coach and develop a team of financial professionals.
