Job summary

Kilroy Realty Corporation is seeking an individual to assist in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis. You will help with budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial driver variances.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, have strong Excel skills, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $93,000 and includes comprehensive health benefits and a chance for a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in finance or FP&A.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Wall Street investment banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare schedules for quarterly earnings calls.
• Support Senior Vice President with capital raising efforts.
• Prepare Board of Director reports and assist with investor presentations.
