Alimentiv is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator to support budgeting, forecasting and analytics across product lines. You will build dashboards, coordinate study budgets and statements of work, and help align project finances with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years post-secondary certification or 1–3 years related work experience.
• Accounting or Office Administration specialty preferred; strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, strong communication, teamwork and continuous learning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; VBA skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop analytics and dashboards for revenue, profitability and budgeting.
• Forecast budgets for product lines and support change orders and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate study budgets and statements of work with project teams.
• Reconcile expenditures with budgets and support revenue forecasting.
• Gather data from multiple sources and prepare leadership-ready analyses.
• Assist monthly analysis prior to month-end for timely decision-making.
