Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking an Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A processes, develop well-analyzed recommendations, and influence budgeting practices.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A within banking/financial services, strong modeling and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Financial Planning and Analysis in the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey urgency and drive issues/projects to closure
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to listen and interpret requirements of internal clients and exceed expectations
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving
• Demonstrated financial modeling knowledge with strong analytical, qualitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex financial transactions clearly
