Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of FP&A experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 3 years FP&A experience in financial services.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between FP&A, lines of business, and support teams for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior management; support ad-hoc projects.
• Develop and present financial analyses including budgets and forecasts.
• Build, maintain and review financial models for recurring and ad-hoc analyses.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate across P&A and business units to deliver initiatives on time.
