Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related Business field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Finance or Sports industry.
• Detail-oriented, organized, personable, proactive team player.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Copilot, Power BI and Cube planning experience a plus.
• High attention to detail with ability to translate financial data into clear business explanations.
• Strong communication and note-taking skills with department leaders.
• Strong time management across recurring and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting process, including financial reporting and key driver analysis.
• Maintain consolidated forecast submissions and update management reports.
• Summarize financial results into high-level leadership presentations.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support FP&A cross-functional projects.
• Assist process improvements across FP&A reporting, dashboards, and consolidations.
