Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. in Laytonsville, MD is seeking an entry-level FP&A Analyst to help drive planning, reporting, and analysis across our multi-location organization.

You will support weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights to leaders to inform business decisions. You will gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization while collaborating with finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI platforms; Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting and summaries.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting by consolidating inputs.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets, identifying variances and drivers.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for finance and leaders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and BI tools.
• Drive process efficiencies via automation and AI tools.
• Improve FP&A reporting through standardization and data visuals.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
