The Talance Group is seeking a driven FP&A analyst to transition from public accounting into an operations-focused finance role in Houston. In this in-office position you will build forecasts, analyze KPIs, and craft clear narratives for monthly management reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years public accounting/audit with SEC clients, preferably in energy industry.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel or data visualization skills.
• In-office only, Houston location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts related to cash, business drivers, KPI trends, and develop clear narratives for monthly management reporting.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly CFO dashboard and Board slides.
