Job description

We are expanding our Global Business Services in the Philippines and are seeking finance professionals to join our newly established team as FP&A Analysts. You will be part of the centralized FP&A team based in our Global Manila Hub, responsible for executing various FP&A transactions as outlined below.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare periodic reports for group purposes
2. Develop management reports
3. Extract data for financial reporting
4. Gather data for forecasts and simulations
5. Upload and submit monthly forecast data
6. Validate and perform control checks on submitted data
7. Assist the local team with analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests
8. Participate in implementing new procedures
9. Identify opportunities for automation or standardization
10. Share best practices and new methods with colleagues
11. Ensure tasks meet agreed Service Levels and Metrics
12. Maintain process documentation

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in FP&A or related fields such as reporting or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• University degree in Economics or Finance
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of finance processes
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
