Job summary

CyberRisk Alliance is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in NYC. This role supports recurring forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and commercial analysis across CRA’s media, events, communities, and related business lines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience with media/events or multi-product revenue preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly forecast portions with actuals and updates.
• Analyze variances and document drivers of performance.
• Support annual budgeting and reforecasting with templates and inputs.
• Maintain departmental P&L, headcount, and related schedules.
• Prepare scenario analyses for staffing, vendors, investments, and cost reductions.
• Prepare recurring management reports with commentary.
