Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A assistant to support licensing model updates and contract reviews in a dynamic finance team.

You will collaborate with various business units to provide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis, and assist in onboarding newly acquired brands.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of finance experience and a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a partner licensee revenue database, ensuring contract terms are accurately reflected in financial models.
• Review new license agreements and integrate them into revenue forecasts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with business units to develop revenue projections, support strategic financial analysis, and assist in onboarding newly acquired brands.
