Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to provide forecasting, budgeting, and financial insights for healthcare administrators across the United States.

This role emphasizes monthly and quarterly analysis, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst will develop and refine reporting using PowerBI, Workday, and planning systems, support month-end close, and contribute to the budgeting cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, mathematics, information systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Intermediate SQL, Python and DAX
• Experience in a finance role preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular finance packages for Vice Presidents
• Develop reporting capabilities in PowerBI, Workday and Planning systems
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
• Train healthcare administrators on forecasting tools and industry-specific forecasting practices
• Support the financial close process related to accruals and budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
