AngMar Management Services in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to enhance our financial reporting and analysis functions. The role includes restructuring reporting metrics, supporting budget preparation, and improving data integrity across the organization.

The position requires a Finance or Accounting degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience with strong Excel skills; Sage Intacct or similar tools are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Accounting experience a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years direct experience in a financial reporting/analysis role preferred.
• Sage Intacct, Velixo or HCHB experience a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to sustain concentration and attention to detail for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions with access to confidential financial information.
• Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure and manage stress associated with time-sensitive financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Generate monthly executive management reporting packages, ensuring timely delivery under strict deadlines.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements, comparing actual results against budgets to identify trends and variances.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and multi-year forecasting, coordinating data collection and analysis with various departments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial processes and reporting, streamlining data collection and presentation.
• Provide support for ad hoc budgeting, reporting, and analysis as required by senior management.
• Assists in monthly financial close process by preparing and submitting journal entries.
• Performs monthly account reconciliations and review of general ledger accounts and funds for accuracy.
• Perform and support process for month-end and annual closing procedures.
• Meet all process and reporting deadlines.
• Participate in department projects as assigned.
• Additional duties as assigned.
