Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• Progress toward CPA, CFA or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis and GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting process with detailed financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and identify variances.
• Develop profitability models to analyze product, lending channels, departments, and branches.
• Prepare financial reports and key performance metrics for leadership and board.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to deliver reports using Power BI.
