Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a FP&A Financial Analyst to support corporate planning. You will develop forecasts, budgets and financial reports, analyzing data to inform management decisions. The role requires collaboration with Field FP&A and business teams, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You’ll contribute to monthly close, data integrity, and performance reporting while presenting insights to stakeholders across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or economics.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
• Collaborative with Field FP&A and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts and yearly budgets.
• Prepare financial planning information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
• Update databases and assist in month-end close and reporting.
• Deliver consolidated reports and presentations to management.
• Highlight variances, risks, opportunities and ranges of outcomes.
