Job summary

Addison Group in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis, with exposure to large data sets and cross-functional partnerships.

You will develop management reports, dashboards, and present insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has 1 year of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1 year of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying trends and key business drivers.
• Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior period results, providing variance explanations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Perform profitability, labor, revenue, and expense analyses to support objectives.
• Assist with commission, incentive compensation, and bonus calculations as needed.
