Orwashers Bakery in New York seeks an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting team and partner with the CFO/COO to turn numbers into decisions driving growth across retail and wholesale. You will analyze margins, costs, and pricing, build a P&L by wholesale customer, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, and own weekly flash reports with KPI dashboards for leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate pricing and margins across products, channels, and customers, and quantify impact of changes.
• Analyze ingredient, packaging, labor, and yield costs to identify variances and savings.
• Build and maintain a P&L by wholesale customer with pricing/terms adjustments.
• Support annual budget and rolling forecasts with scenario analyses.
• Own weekly flash reporting and assist month-end close with KPI dashboards.
• Handle 10–15% general accounting tasks and support CFO/COO on special projects.
