Job summary

Origence, a fintech leader in SaaS lending, seeks a highly analytical Financial Analyst FP&A to drive planning, reporting and analytics across the business. You will partner with Finance and business leaders to build models, dashboards in Power BI, automate reports, and provide actionable insights that shape strategy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, BI or analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses and management presentations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, profitability analysis and pricing evaluations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders and Finance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
