Job summary

Dover is seeking a Finance Analyst in Downers Grove, IL to own budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. You will build dashboards in OneStream and Power BI, support segments and executives, and collaborate across regions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and analytics preferred.
• Fluent in cross-functional collaboration and communicating with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for corporate departments with cross-functional partners.
• Develop templates, processes, and communications for company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
• Support segment and operating company finance teams on planning system best practices (OneStream).
• Prepare financial materials and dashboards for quarterly earnings releases and Board presentations.
• Create Power BI and OneStream dashboards for senior leadership insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to internal stakeholders.
