Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking an entry-level Finance/FP&A Associate to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, pricing analysis, and data validation. This full-time, in-person role is based at the Springville/Payson office and suits a detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills and financial modeling interest.

The role involves preparing budgets, forecasting, monthly closes, and dashboard reporting, with exposure to multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0–3 years FP&A, accounting, finance, or related internship experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Support pricing activities for new business opportunities.
• Support monthly close activities with reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial metrics.
• Maintain and update financial models for planning and reporting.
• Support contract-level revenue, cost, and profitability analysis.
• Validate and reconcile financial/operational data from multiple systems.
• Assist with executive presentations and monthly business review materials.
• Support Power BI dashboard maintenance and data validation.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to aid decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy across reports and financial systems.
• Coordinate budgeting process and department submissions.
• Support indirect rate analysis and financial compliance as assigned.
• Identify process improvements and reporting automation opportunities.
