Extraco Banks in Waco, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. You will work with the CFO, Controller, and finance team to deliver insights, maintain reporting systems, and assist budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• 3–7 years of financial analysis, modeling, or data analytics.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI/reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and GL processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Develop financial models for planning and decision making.
• Analyze GL activity and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional finance projects.
• Identify process improvements to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights.
