Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong financial principles and a passion for improving processes.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and financial modeling.

Aufgaben

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop financial and operational reports for leadership and decision-making.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances and drivers.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, ST&P, and CPTO for financial insights.
• Assist with forecast updates, accruals, cash flow reporting, and monitoring.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for initiatives and shareholder reporting.
• Support business cases evaluating program costs and impact.
• Collaborate with PMO for budgeting and reporting.
• Work with Data & Insights to improve reporting consistency.
