Job summary

Prescott's, Inc. is a leading medical device services company based in Monument, CO. This FP&A role supports financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with Sales, Ops, HR, and other teams to drive informed decisions and financial discipline.

You’ll build and refine financial models in NetSuite and other planning tools, prepare monthly packages, track variances, and help leadership with data-driven insights. This is an early-career FP&A position with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to translate data into clear business takeaways for non-finance partners.
• Familiarity with ERP/planning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with KPI dashboards and variance summaries.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and margins to support decisions.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from finance leadership and business partners.
• Assist in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and consolidating inputs into models.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting templates in Excel.
