Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services seeks an FP&A professional in New York to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. The role focuses on variance analysis, financial modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams to improve processes and drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of FP&A/financial analysis experience, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A / Financial Analyst experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups) are a must.
• Experience with management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Planning Maestro or other FP&A platform experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Calculate bonuses and support incentive processes.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to guide decisions.
