Job summary

Nexus Water Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support quarterly Board reporting, overhead budgeting, and long-range planning. The role collaborates with accounting and analysis teams to ensure accurate, data-driven insights for executive leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing leadership dashboards, financial update slides, and tracking key initiatives, while building payroll and headcount models and coordinating budget guidance from corporate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or related field.
• Experience using financial data to develop forecasts, analyze performance, identify trends, or support business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large or complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly Board of Directors materials preparation, building the shell from prior materials and setting the governance calendar.
• Prepare Corporate FP&A content for Board materials, leadership dashboard, and key initiatives tracker.
• Manage monthly internal management presentations, confirm agendas, and coordinate with corporate departments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly shareholder reporting and maintain monthly operating metrics reporting.
