TÜV SÜD America, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Senior Controller and Director of Controlling across business units in Wakefield, MA. The role focuses on planning, reporting, and analysis to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling (3-5 years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP or similar tools).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business intelligence or financial planning tools.
• Exposure to international or multi-entity environments.
• Interest in data analytics or emerging technologies such as AI.

Your Tasks

• Support the Senior Controller and Director of Controlling in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across business units

Additional Information

• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is$70,000 - $80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
