A four hospital health system in North Carolina is seeking to hire 2 General/Spine-Focused Neurosurgeons to join its well-established neurosurgery program. The new neurosurgeons will admit to a regional hospital, the flagship hospital for the system.

The position also includes a clinical faculty appointment.

Hospital Highlights:

1. 387-bed, acute care facility
2. Growing hospital with a medical staff of 249 physicians and a professional staff of over 2,700
3. Hospital has a 5 county primary service area and over 10 counties covered in its secondary service area
4. Neurosurgery team treats a wide variety of spine and cranial conditions including back pain, head and spine injury, spine diseases, brain tumors, and peripheral nerve.

Practice Highlights:

1. Walk into immediate volume
2. Q3 call schedule with no trauma and mid-level support; group has 4 PAs covering first call
3. 80/20 spine/cranial case mix
4. Clinical faculty appointment at university offering collaborative clinical research and academic involvement/Grand Rounds
