Great Oak Steakhouse in Temecula, CA seeks a Front of House Host to warmly greet guests, manage seating flow, and maintain the guest experience from arrival through seating. You will handle reservations, assist guests at the host stand, and support cash handling and daily reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent with at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent required or preferred with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus; ability to read and interpret basic safety and SOP documents.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license.

Mansioni

• Check reservation books, call reservations and confirm, and take reservations accurately.
• Greet every guest upon arrival or on the phone with a smile and professional greeting.
• Assign guests seating in accordance with table and stations rotation.
• Control waitlist and reservations sheets for each shift.
• Walk each guest/party to table, pull chairs, hand out menus, and wish a pleasant dining experience.
• Perform cashier duties per SOPs; count and verify cash exchanges.
• Process guest charges including credit cards, room charges, comps, discounts, and cash payments.
• Reconcile and complete daily reports.
• Make change or exchanges for internal guests.
• Assist in preparing daily bank deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.
