Associated Staffing Inc. in Hastings, NE is hiring Assembly Workers for a temp-to-hire role with a four-day workweek: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM at $17.50/hour. Overtime may be required, with up to two Saturdays per month when needed. Orientation begins day one at 7:00 AM and requires standing during training.

You will join a team in a fast-paced production environment, rotating between stations as needed, and performing quality checks on assembled products.

Qualifications

• Read and follow assembly procedures, drawings and standard work instructions.
• Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently.
• Keep pace with high-volume production.
• Inspect completed work and perform quality checks and tests.

Responsibilities

• Use power, pneumatic, Smart Torque and hand tools as needed.
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs.

• Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement.
