Qualifications

• Previous metal saw operation, manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately.
• Read tape measures and calipers precisely.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality throughout cutting.

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws and cold saws to cut metal to spec.
• Review work orders and cut lists before production starts.
• Measure and mark materials before cutting.
• Verify saw settings and dimensions during production.
• Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality.
