Job summary

Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer PT treatments focused on alleviating pain and restoring function. The role involves hands-on therapy, patient education, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a four-day work week with a base salary starting at $92,000, plus $5,000 per board certification and $1,000 per additional certification, plus up to $10,000 annual bonus. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state Physical Therapist license.
• DPT degree preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred; strong new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan PT treatment to restore function.
• Administer manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Track progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain EMRs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with physicians, surgeons, and therapists.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab aides when applicable.
