All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and department and company policies, practices, and procedures to ensure overall facility integrity.**THE STARTING RATE:** $18.62/ Hourly **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Collecting/carrying required parts materials and equipment to designated work areas; assisting with office, furniture and casino equipment moves, and with demolition and clean up on construction projects* Pick up parts and supplies from vendors, keep the property maintenance department warehouse clean and orderly* Responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management and maintaining logbooks* Operate motorized/power equipment; skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, jackhammer, and other heavy machinery; fuel and service engineering vehicles; maintain inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room* Perform cleaning duties of bodies of water from above or under water by scuba diving* Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner* Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods and advise the Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions within the property* Maintain constant awareness of personal and property cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention; able to wear/use personal protective equipment (p.p.e.)* Perform other job-related duties as requested**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 21 years of age or older* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Required.* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
