Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Vending/Fountain Equipment Delivery and Install Specialist in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves delivering, installing, and maintaining fountain systems, with heavy lifting and up to 10-12 hour shifts. CDL Class B and DOT knowledge are required, with a focus on safety and accuracy in paperwork and customer interactions.

Expect 4 day/10 hour shifts (Mon-Thu), potential overnight as needed, and strong emphasis on reliability and customer service at customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.
• Experience handling and maintaining vending/fountain equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load vending/fountain units for daily delivery.
• Install and reload products in vendors.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Collect accurate and complete equipment information.
• Maintain parts, tools, and equipment.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records for each delivery.
• Transport items such as compressors for repair or recycling.
• Fill install and adjust to proper product mix.
• Establish positive customer relationships.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
