Job summary

Jones Lake Management is seeking a Fountain Technician to perform maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of fountains and aeration systems. You will be responsible for preventive care and repairs, ensuring equipment operates reliably.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work across boats and facilities is common, with attention to safety and recordkeeping.

We are seeking a skilled Fountain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fountain maintenance, small motor maintenance, installing fountains and aeration systems, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fountains and aeration systems
• Install new fountains and aeration systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance on fountains and aeration systems
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fountain maintenance and small motor maintenance
• Ability to install fountains and aeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder.
• Ability to work extended hours in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work out of small boats and be a strong swimmer.
